The questions we hear most
In many cases yes, through payment plans or other routes depending on your age and employment record. Every situation is different: at the first consultation we review your actual contributions and tell you what options you have under the rules currently in force.
A standard retirement application with ANSES usually resolves within a few months if the paperwork is complete and the employment record has no inconsistencies. Where there is unregistered employment or errors in the contributions, the timing depends on how much has to be corrected, and we estimate that at the first consultation.
A recalculation is a court claim to correct how your pension was worked out when ANSES set it below what it should be. It is common among people who retired on middle or higher salaries. With your benefit statement and your employment record we can estimate whether you have a well-founded claim.
Yes. A refusal from ANSES is not the end of the road. The medical opinion can be reviewed, new evidence submitted, and the claim pursued administratively or in court. Many of these are granted on that second attempt.
