Emiliano Herrera

Emiliano Herrera is an Argentine attorney with over 17 years of practice, based in Córdoba, Argentina.

He is a registered Industrial Property Agent before the Argentine National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), Reg. No. 2839, and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law. He advises on trademark clearance and registration before the INPI, responses to office actions and oppositions, copyright and software protection, and the enforcement of intangible assets against unauthorized use. He regularly acts as local counsel for foreign firms and agencies filing and prosecuting trademarks in Argentina.

He serves as Director of the Intellectual and Industrial Property Section of the Córdoba Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados de Córdoba).

His practice also covers civil and commercial law, real property and rights in rem, and asset-related litigation, including adverse possession claims, title clearing and regularization, possessory and title-recovery actions, partition of jointly owned property, eviction proceedings, estate and succession matters, and the execution of property deeds.

He holds a law degree from the National University of Córdoba (Universidad Nacional de Córdoba) and is a founding partner of Herrera & Flamenco Abogados, a boutique firm based in Córdoba, Argentina.
